Daniel Fischetti

Daniel Fischetti is a Board Certified Expert in Criminal Trial Law admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  A graduate of the University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law, ranked number one in the nation by U.S. News for trial advocacy, Daniel began practicing in 2002 as a prosecutor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.  He was quickly promoted to lead trial attorney of a felony division, responsible for handling all of the drug trafficking cases.

For nearly two decades, Mr. Fischetti has been using his knowledge and expertise for the benefit of persons accused of serious offenses and those seeking help following an injury. He has been selected to the 2023 Florida Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in Florida receive this distinction.

Daniel has been recognized for volunteering as an attorney ad litem for juveniles through Crossroads for Florida Kids.  He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Daniel is on the board of directors of Palma Ceia Little League and the Roosevelt Elementary School Dads Club. He resides in the Palma Ceia neighborhood of Tampa with his wife and two children.
